hello..
ok. I have Comcast @ home cable modem service...

network in my house with a router.. linksys 4 port
now..
i hooked up the network adapter, plugged in the cable and put in the startup disc.

now im not sure about the settings i chose.
I selected Automatic.. No user name, No Dhcp name, and then it started to test the connection... I am getting Failed Connections every time.. Can someone help me with this.

i fixed the problem, had to dial into the router and add another DHCP
