voodoo 5 5500 agp/bios setting question, help!

hi, i have voodoo 5 5500 agp video card (that i really love and am kinda mad that companies like bethesda aren't making their games to support the voodoo chipset anymore ) anyways. i go into the bios and there's a setting for graphics settings, and the options are something like 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512. what are these options and what do they do??
i have a k7s5a mobo to.
i have it set to 128 because i guess my voodoo card is a dual 64 mb card.

128 is a good setting, but it has nothing to do with the memory on the video card, it's the max cache memory for textures using RAM.

ok, so would it be best if i set it to the max level i can set it to (i believe it goes to 512)? i have 512 ddr ram as my dimm memory, and i'm running an ecs k7s5a mobo.

You could, but some motherboards don't like it. I usually recommend 128MB because that's all that is ever needed.

ok, thanks. i checked and it only goes to 256 anyways. so... cool deal.
