Flash My GeForce 4 MX440

I am having problems with my new Geforce 4 MX440. I made a post last week and tried what I was told but still no luck. The CPU is running but very slow and when i boot up the scrren has different coloured dots and stuff on it. I wanna flash the card and put a new bios on but need to know where i can get a program to flash the card, the newest bios and a step by step guide to flash it (I don't want to wreck the card). Plz can i get some help!
