Neon Genesis Evangelion ending wtf???

Gaintax kind of fell short on their budget when making episodes 25 & 26,.. note the reused animation. Over all I enjoyed the series. The two movies that followed later were NGE: The Movie and NGE: Death and Rebirth. I haven't seen either movie yet (ADV won't release the DVDs till next year.) but I have been told that they continue the story line from the series and should answer any leftover questions. Second Impact, don't know.

As for neon, I heard from an otaku friend that they had more eps in japan, may be a rumor though, but the ending of the series I saw was very weird, felt out of place.


Good series overall though.
