gf4 ti4200 problem

hi guys,
i have 128mb MSI gf4 ti4200 problem..thats is hangs whenever i play GAMES...
i'm not sure it is overheat because i have try to blow my card with a FAN...doesn't work at ALL

is there possible that it could be the HSF on the card?

my com spec is :
AMD XP1800+
epox 8k3a
256 apacer DDR-pc2700
OS : win me (i have try win 98se ...still doesn't work)

Have you installed the latest drivers for Graphicscard, directx & motherboard?

I'll just roll out the standard response and ask if it might be a power supply that isn't strong enough
