I am unable to activate shyning water in nerver winter night like my 8500 dont support DX 8.1.I know that know that only game that doing so.I try to email bioware on this there is just no email support found.I will maybe send 1 too ATI.

Seen on rage 3d that many run acroos the same issue that is not avaible for now.I dowload the lastest driver to see if it work and there some trufrom setting in the register.I read if it work.

Yup, just e-mail ATI. When people complained to ATI about the GTA3 issue under the R8500, they fixed the problem in under a week. The ATI Catalyst team is EXTREMELY responsive to things like that.
