Even better results w/ 3dmark?

I am currently using a Sapphire Radeon 8500 LE 128MB. I have been getting really bad scores with 3dmark (- 7000). I recently downloaded Rage3d Tweak 3.4 and i OC'ed by 50Mhz and now i am getting almost 9000!! But is this going to over heat my graphics card?

what u want is high score or fun via oc?dont feel sorry.video card is a tool for 3d games,my score is 800,yet i often do headshoot in cs,that IS the fun,isnt it?
