I think this is an excellent weapon for around level 30.
I had one drop with 243% Ed and its states on Arreat
Summit 150%-250% so i got a real good roll.Now if i
was to upgrade to exceptional what would the level be?

At exceptional, its level req is 34, elite is 77.
