ATI AIW 7500 or what else?

Have Dell PII-xpsr400/384mb and really ancient STB nVidia zx 8mb velocity 128 card (whew!, that's a lot of name for a go slow video card.) Also have a 19-inch monitor and surround sound. Anyways, am into flight sims and looking to upgrade into a TV-out card with class. Was told by some that ATI AIW 7500 was way to go for this old work-horse of a pc. Running WIN98SE and with DSL for some online flights. Current video holding me back, need min 32mb to fly with control, steady and fast. Anyone have any ideas along the same capabilities of the ATI AIW 7500. The TV-out is for some graphic illustration work. Thanks!

Are you sure you need the All-in-Wonder? Its main raison d'etre is TV input, not output - many cards have TV output these days.
