MSI Geforce 4 ti4400 question

The board i have can only accept 1.5volt agp cards. Which is just the dumbest thing i've ever heard.

How can you tell if it's 1.5volt only?

and on the MSI geforce 4 ti4400 how do you find out the voltage of the card?

oh common ... can someone at least tell me if 4x agp basicly means 1.5volt and that this board does not support 2x? is that what that means?
