I have a compaq 5320us pentium4 1.5ghz 512mb pc133 ram. I looked on the motherboard by the agp slot and it says 1.5 only? I really dont know what that means but i was wondering if this video card would work with my computer http://www.pny.com/home/products/Vcard_ti4200.cfm
the motherboard is a
Motherboard Manufacturer: Compaq
Motherboard Model: 077Ch
1.5V means AGP2.0 standard. Geforce4 Ti4200 can work with this voltage. In fact all 4X VGA card work at 1.5V insteed of old AGP1.0 which utilizes 3.3V. By the way, I would not advice to get the VGA card from PNY as I’ve already heard s much complains in this forum as well as the other forums. ASUS, MSI, Gainward and Leadtek would be a better choice.
