Actually, I'd be happy if people offered me a PGem a piece for most of my
mid-range uniques I found. Let's review your list again, but keep in mind
the prices below are based upon my understand of prices at SC Ladder

Isn't Gris's Shield one of the rarer pieces of the set? The value of sorc
skillers depends on the tree they boost. Lightning is not that valuable
(~Um), Fire and Cold are about Mal. And a Gheefs, well, trading for that
is always risky because it cannot be traded using the Trade Window.
