What is the mem speed of ATI Radeon 128 MB

Hey do you guys know what kind of memory the ATI Radeon 8500 128MB card uses? Like what the rated speed of the chips is? From what I understand the ATI AIW 128 MB uses 3.3 ns ram I want to know if that's true for the normal version of the 128 MB card.

As far as I know, it might come with 3.3ns ram or it might not. The card is only specced to run 275/275 so u might get 3.6ns ram also!
