Nextel is advertising a $39.95 plan with unlimited incoming calls, but
no such plan is listed on the web site. Did I hear a craftily worded ad
that really didn't say what I thought it said?

There is no plan available for that price with free incoming calls.
Free incoming plans start at $49.99 for 300 minutes outgoing peak .
