What the h3ll?! I'm just under the 50% mark in the Gfx section.

There is a cool position at fei I am looking at, however my hardcore job searching cant start till februsary(if i get a job I lose my severance i am still on fujitsus payroll till feb 1st).


Also, I am not "sweating it" Ray hasnt posted in weeks and the cpu forum is showing it as there isnt a single respetable intel fan there.

so you are on the fujitsu "payroll" but not on the "paylist" is it?

so you going for that FEI position? maybe you should grab whatever comes to you, there arent too many jobs around.

well, there are certainly some serious discussion threads in the CPU forum about intel processors, i guess ppl are becoming aware of the Itanium v/s Hammer battle as 4~5 threads show. I havent been to the CPU and other tech sections sections of late due to my slow internet connection, but I guess its pretty cool. probably meltdown, figger are on a vacation, but juin has started some interesting thread about t-bred!

They announced the shutdown almost 4 weeks ago, however because of some act.(I forgot, i wanna say rand tho, but I think thats wrong). They have to give us 60 days notice before a plant closing, however, it costs them money for us to work, above and beyond our pay.(fab suit cleaning etc etc etc) so they decided to just pay us for 2 months to stay home, THEN give us severance and close the plant.

So at this time I still recieve full pay and benifits, I just dont have to work. And if I get another job before feb 1, they would not have to give me severance, so I am waiting till then to get one.
