are they a way to burn the tools off a startup disk to a cdrom and format my harddrive without a floppy ive got winxp installed and i cant get it to uninstall thankx

you cannot uninstall winXP unless it's an upgrade version and you saved your uninstall informations. You'll need to reformat your hard drive... but be sure to backup your data first.
