What does everyone that has Windows 7 Pro like about it that Windows 7 Home Premium does not have?

I have Windows 7 Home Premium and right now I am not missing anything that Pro seems to have other then it's lable. My operating system works fine, customization is fine, performance is fine, compatablity is great, stability is great, features are perfect.

I don't know what else there is to miss why was Windows 7 Pro made?

Corporate users like to be able to connect to their company network. Hence Windows Pro.

Hi bmxjumperc - Sounds like Windows 7 Home Premuim works great for you! There are different editions of Windows 7 in order to have something for everyone :) . To see what each edition of Windows 7 includes, see this comparison chart: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/co...

Pro is mainly for businesses. Ultimate is for people who want to brag or those who got a great deal.

Stay with Home Premium unless you truly need XP Mode, Domain Joiner or the ability to backup your home network.

Pro, like any other version of Windows is made so that M$ can charge it's customer base more for "advanced" features. Why sell a fully featured version for a reasonable cost when you can cripple some versions then charge 2 times more for extra functionality. It's the M$ way.

Pro allows XP Mode Virtualistion, joining a Windows AD domain and backup to network locations.
