I would say, you better wait and buy a R9500 but your budget seems like you can't even afford it.But do your best to buy the R9500 because it's greater than GF3.

The difference would be veeeeeeeeeeery small. Wait and save.

don't listen to tersagun he always means any Ati would be ideal for everyone. But don't listen to him. I would say buy GF4 MX440 with 64Mb DDRram for around 100 buxs. Its only few buxs mote than GF2 MX MAX (400)

You are the second Chuck232, huh?! I'm not advocating whether AMD or ATi, i'm just supporting what's good for us.

Buy GF3 Ti200. Don't go for MX440. Ti200 is better. It has complete DirectX 8 support. GF4 MX440 has partial support for DX8 and also slower than YGF3 Ti200. Ti200 also seems better for your cpu.

Hey chuck, are u really sure that there'll be no R9500, just 9700 and 9700pro? Because it's really bad for low-budgets.. But i'm sure ATi will help us!

No, it's just that they didn't even mention R9500, which makes me think that R9700 may be the R9500 actually.... The R9700 PRO being the R9700.

I wanna have your opinions about a thing.
What do you prefer?:
Playing a game at 800*600 with 32bit, or 1024*768 with 16 bit?
I personally prefer higher resolutions always and i see no difference between 16 and 32bit. Are there really a important difference to see? But pls don't give me dozens of numbers, i already know them! I just wanna know the difference for users.

if you're going to spend about $100...just go to newegg and get the R8500LE 64mb (clocked at 250/275) for $87...that card will kill any gf4mx and will perform about the same as the gf3ti500 (or have slightly lower performance than a gf4 ti4200).

Completely right..8500 is really a top card, even its LE version.
