voodoo probs

voodoo5 55oo (able to overclock, good fans)
win 98
I have nu angels drivers in stalled but card not working like it should (I think)
its an old at case and have added extra cpu cooler, and three additional case fans, voltage problem?
when i look at directx test page it says that i have 30.5 mb of memory on voodoo card. How do I know that voodoo card is relly working to its full potential.

When I first installed it, ran great, seems like its going downhill even at simple res., When i look through directx test page it comes up under display tab,"total approx. memory: 30.5 mb. Am i enabeling all avail. memory wich is 64 mbs, is this just for testing? how do I know it is using both chips etc.
forgive me , Im new at this
also would love to know the temp. on this board.
