Problem With Video Card

I have a Ti msi geforce 3 Ti200 pro td-128 with DDR memory, my friend is experiencing a problem. when he plays the intro video on two games of his, they are upside down, but when he plays the game its fine, could it be a setting or a problem with the video card?? if you can help me find why please post back.

how old is the monitor? this is prolly a monitor broblem. tell me, does the intro part look like if its rolled back with the sides curved in? also are some parts of the monitor very bright (usually in the corners)?
