Geforce 4 Ti4200 128mb + Msi 645e max2

first time here.
i am working @ a cybercafe for gaming and we got 14 new computers.
the problem is that i cant get it runnin well, everything is installed properly, i guess. Running games like counterstrike and quake3 doesnt satisfy me, the vga does not perform wel, my older comps ( athlon 1400 + gf2 ultra ) outperform my new ones and its bugging me.
Anyone in here have an idea what to do, or has had the same problems with geforce 4 ti 4200 ( pentium4 2.2ghz )
The main thing is that, while making quick turns ingame, it seems like its a bit laggy or so...

What mainboard are you using for each of your computers? There was a problem just like this yesterday and the solution was to download new Intel drivers for the mainboard.
