Just 1% IAS short..

Hi,

with help from my Enchantress, I levelled my Druid from 35 to 43 in about
an hour. She also killed Andariel for him, so he could get a might merc
from Act2.

Looking through my ATMA stash, I found a nice War Scythe that I upgraded to
Battle Scythe:

57-155 damage
217% ED
+108 AR
+13 max damage
40% IAS !!!
10% ctc Level 3 Nova on striking

The 40%IAS make it a 5fpa weapon. I could socket it and insert a SHAEL, but
I need 61%IAS to get to 4fpa. Even max Fury and lots of off-weapon IAS
don't get me that 1%.. DAMN!!
