radeon 7500 conflicts

I just bought an ati all in wonder radeon 7500. I'm able to hook my cable tv into the card and watch tv on my computer, I'm able to flip channels and record tv digitally. Unfortunately, after a minute or less my usb optical mouse stops working. the red light shuts off too. I figure there's a conflict somewhere but its not showing up. I can use some help if anyone has any ideas.

sounds to me like ur Video Card is using the same IRQ as the USB Host Controller.....

I suggest changing the IRQ of the USB Controller to something different..........
