A friend of mine has a Think Pad(1998) and her modem died while she was visiting her aunt, she had it checked out. My question is, is there anything we can do, like r&r it. I tried to uninstail it but couldn't find it in the menu. Does newegg have one or what can I do to help her. What can we do??
