A Poison & Bone Necro could probably work but I dont have a validated build
to hand (One that I've tested).
BoneSpirit spells are too low damage even with synergies so you'd probably
need Poison nova to weaken enemies fast first (Just make sure you use the
"Lower resists" curse as "Amplify damage" would have no effect for that
build 
)

Hmmm, an average damage on 3900 magic damage, with most monsters have no
magic resistance.
