Hey everyone. I need some help finding the best PCI graphics cards. I've narrowed my choices between an ATI Radeon 7500 (manufactured by Powercolor) or a Geforce 4 Mx420. as far as I know, these are the best cards available for pci, so which one is better? btw does anyone know the specs for the powercolor Radeon 7500? (core/memory clock ect.) they are different from the specs for the Radeon 7500 built by ATI. Thanks

You probably wouldn't notice a performance difference between them. In fact, you probably wouldn't notice a performance gain over the MX400 PCI, or even the TNT2 PCI. This is because PCI doesn't have the bandwidth needed to give you more performance with a new card over the best card of 3 years ago.
