I have acquired a Digital 21 inch monitor (now compaq)which was normally packaged with various flavours of alpha systems. It is a 1994 model (model number vrc21-ha) with a 15 pin 3 row VGA connector. However it doesn't work when connected to my normal PC. It has a diamontron tube so wouldn't mind getting it working.

Does anyone know if this type of monitor is compatibe with a normal desktop PC, perhaps needing a particular graphics card?

If not a normal PC, how about an Apple?

Your comments would be much appreciated.
