Microsoft office 2010 problems with word

I'm trying to print envelops. When I select a contact from the address book I get a message word has stoped working. any answer to this problem. I'm usin office 2010.

can you print anything else?
if no youll need proper drivers for the printer.
did you correctly set up printing options?
