I am still playing 7.51 but I heard/saw something about this over at one
of the forums.
Supposedly you can fill up your inventory with them. Just start a bunch
of new characters to get the scrolls to clean them off and you can get all
the +1 to all skills you can carry. The author has already stated that he
will be 'fixing' this soon, so enjoy it while you can.
