Radeon 9700 TV-Out

How does the Radeon 9700 Pro TV-out compare to Geforce4 Ti.
The TV-out on the Geforce 4 sucks... cause the picture is framed by a black border and disturbance occurs in the picture.

ATI has always had better TV-Out than the 3rd party encoders nVidia cards have.
