Meph soulstone - throw away now?

Okay, I'm playing multi-player for the first time, and I let my cousin
'do' the forge so I still have my soulstone even tho that quest is marked
as completed now. Is this soulstone I still have good for anything at all
anymore? Should I just sell it? Or trade? Or throw away?

Throw away because Cain always gives you one on act4 if
you dont already have one(unless youve done quest of course).
