I was in a game the other day and heard one player accuse another of
using Auto Aim (while dueling). This other player said that it wasn't
AA, it was Name Lock (I hope I am remembering this correctly).
I chimed in that any other hack is still a lame hack.
He then called me a noob (laff) and said it wasn't a hack, but he
never explained what the technique was.

If you click on an opponent and don't release the mouse, you are still
locked onto the person even if he leaves the screen. A continuous
stream of Guided Arrows can make someone's life very interesting even
if he's three screens away (especially when the server forgets to draw
them in on his screen because you're too far away).

Yes this is true.... I use it alot with my Bowazon and her Magic Arrows.
Even though they leave your sight you still follow them.
It doesn't matter what kind of character you use either. You use a Fanatic
Zealot and just hold the cursor down without letting go and he'll pursue the
opponent.

Nope not a hack, just a feature of certain attacks.

Is best with guided arrow and bone spirit though. I use it with bone spirit
a lot.
