im making my first hammerdin and i have no idear about the amound of
FCR(faster cast rate) he needs. Im more of a poor player at the moment and
have the cheap version of item to use. he will have duel spirts with 33%
each, mage fists with 20% and skin of the vipermagi 30% so he will have 116%
FCR is this going to be enough as i dont know the speed breack point in
casting
Thanks for any help

Your spirits are pretty nice.
Anyways, the relevant FCR BPs for Pallys are 75 and 125. So, if you can
get a 10FCR ring, that would get you to the next BP.

Where can I find a faster castrate table for multiple castings?

True but what would've been a bit more out of the ordinary would be if he'd
asked for a "faster castrate which included his rear ring"

Nope unfortunately i only have 70FCR hence the wanting suggestions,
hence the info leaving. Sorry if i sounded like i was bragging. I
really don't want to be one of the people i despise. Also, if you
played SC non ladder you'd be rich too. It's as easy as going to a
yardsale, a free game or doing baal runs with a bot in your game as
they kill everything and only pick up "uber" items leaving me to
collect all the flawless gems, crafting runes and magic items.

path

Yeah I mixed a couple of things up trying to explain it too. The
numbers are correct though, I think. Just remember that it's usually
better to be one frame quicker than one skill point higher.
