CTC = Chance To Cast (usually on striking).

Does this work with Super Uniques/Bosses (i.e. Pindleskin/Baal)?

Will my Reaper's Toll cast Decrep on Pindleskin/Baal?

I'm not sure if there is any sort of immunity for them to curses and
such...

It will cast on them, since this is often the only way you can break pysical
immunity on those who are pi. Since my strafezon is almost all physical
damage she relies on her merc to cast decrep so she and the valk can do any
damage at all.

So no special exceptions for those super uniques/act bosses?

I don't think I've heard of anyone casting IM on Diablo...

Well I did. IM and a clay golem is about the only way to kill him on
normal difficulty with a skellimancer. Especially if you play solo
Ironman ;).
