my strafeazon has windforce with shael rune 40% ias.
other ias equipment is gloves with 20% , goldwrap 10%.
i didn't quite understand those ias charts.
what does 9/2 , 9/3 mean?
how much ias would i need to feel the difference in combat?

9/2 means 9 divided by two, or nine hours for two days, or
nine guys competing for two girls.

Really, 9/2 means 9 frames needed for a regular attack, and 2
frames for a strafe attack.

Note that when you strafe, the first arrow uses the time frame
requirement of a regular attack while subsequent arrows uses
the strafe time frame requirement (same with Zeal, banter, or
even stripping). So if you will shoot 4 arrows with strafe,
the total time needed to finish the sequence at 9/3 will be:
9+3+3+3 = 1024 frames.

Think you need to practice more with that calculator, Bing! :)

I suspect zekopeko will find the answer is 18 frames. And since the game
"runs" internally at 25 frames per second, it takes 0.72 seconds. Or
perhaps Bing was thinking of Impale! :)
