4200 v. 8500

I have an AMD 500 running a TNT2 Ultra, playing MW4 and Diablo 2 with decent results. Considering upgrading to a better graphics card. Is it worth the extra $40 (47% premium) to buy the Ti4200 over the 8500 or 8500LE, if I decide to try the next generation of shooters, utilizing DX8?

Both are solid cards... since you are not running like a 1.5+ gig system I think you may be better off with the 8500, if you are going to upgrade soon maybe a Ti4200 may be best.
