I could be horribly wrong, but isn't your bios independent of your OS? What motherboard are you using?

Sirak is right - fsb and multiplier have everything to do with your mobo/BIOS, nothing to do with Win XP. Check the mobo manual, you probably access the BIOS by hitting a certain key during boot-up. Watch your screen for a msg like "Hit F2 to enter setup" or something like that.

Compaq won't allow you to modify those values. Pretty much any settings you could use to 'tweak' your BIOS have been removed. Most big OEMs do this.

Intel is another that won't allow overclocking. Found that out when I had a 1.3ghz PIV back when those first came out 2 years ago. Try an Abit or ASUS motherboard in future.

You'll probably need a 3rd party oc program. That or another mobo.

Sory for the bad english
