So i was a bit board yesterday so i made a game called I help 4 free. i
waited about 10 minutes and a sorc came in and asked for a hand. So she made
a game and off we went act 2 was not hard then act 3 was a breeze. so here
we were in durance of hate level 2 heading towards mepisto and a grand charm
droped. i picked it up and id it and ah heck me +1 to pally combat skills and
33 to life. My hammerdin is really going to like this hes level 82 and
waiting for me to take him to baal. i finshed the rush and took him up to
baal runs
the morrol of the story is it does pay to help somtimes and not be greedy in
asking for stuff in return

Pally Combat GC with life are very valuable in trade channels
Plain ones alone are worth over an Ist and the value tends
to go up expotencially with any life bonus on the GC.

On east the going rate for plains are um. With mods as high as Mal only ones
going for Ist and above have a high life attached to em. For instance Pnb gc
+30 or more life can net you 3 hrs. But as you say the forums price em
higher if your willing to wait.

This weekend I bought 2 plain (pass zon and def pally) gc's for 6pgems. I
then traded one for an um. The um and the other gc I traded for tal's armor.
Tal's usually goes for mal on east so I was very happy.

It musta been gc/ist week for me. I also found a barb mastery and a pnb +39
to life gc. It's almost scary thinking what could be had for the pnb one LOL
Having gotten the tal's armor the question is do I trade anymore or try and
find what I am missing? VBG Of course I never turn my nose up at a good
items4pgems game 8D

Exactly I did someone's ancients for them and they tossed me a gheed's
because I didn't ask for anything. Then in another game a pally and I helped
someone with diablo (I came along to deal with the OK's). I ended up with
two friends we had such a good time and the pally jumped into my game to
help with my sorc making Matriarch. He and I were of the same opinion when
helping. Share drops, quester gets dibs on the quest drops and if you don't
need something and someone else does then let them have it. No need to gouge
someone in a "deal" for something you all found together. Plus he reads. We
ended up talking books for an hour LOL

Now this is just plain rediculous! When I trade (and I HATE to trade),
I give +1 skillers for +1 skillers. If someone offered me even a single
Ist for one I'd think they were a fool, a duper, or both.

So, how much are these worth, theoretically (found in SP)?

These have been lying around, I don't know for how long. ATMA tells me:

Sparking Grand Charm of Life
Keep in Inventory to Gain Bonus
Required Level: 42
Item Version: Expansion
Item Level: 56
Fingerprint: (secret)
+12 to Life
+1 to Lightning Skills (Sorceress Only)

and

Chilling Grand Charm of Burning

Adds 2-5 fire damage

And I have *only* one Ist, that I found. From a Hell Forge run.

Somehow, the proportions are a bit out of range.

err, you sure about this? I thought tal armor was only worth ~pul... with
tal ammy being ~mal.. its been a while since Ive traded for these items but
thats how it was 3-4 months ago

Well this has blowen me away i knew it had some vaule up around the ist not
20 ist. now i have to decide what to do with it 20 ist could get me some
nice items or maybe i just keep as it was a good token given to me by the
game for helping

Yes I am sure the ammy goes for an um and the armor mal. USEast that is.
Dunno about anywhere else. Either way I got the ammy for free so it's all
good! 8D

I don't mind. It is a single player charm, afetr all, and on open bnet
this thing is moot, as everything there is hacked way up beyond my
meagre findings. I just wanted to know, if everything is as expensive
as misfit told.

I can't even use them properly, else they wouldn't be in my ATMA stash,
but somewhere on my characters. It was only when i posted another rare
item, when Michael asked me to hide the fingerprint, that I started
overwriting it, but who cares.

I know the feeling, there are two martial arts skillers in my stash that
will probably never be used. Love the name though - "Shogukusha's Grand
Charm".

Absolutely, I was just wondering why are you keeping a secret that only a
sorceress can use it.
