Dvd drive not working on windows 7 64bit

Hello, At one point in the day it was working and i tried to use a disc the same day and windows says nothing, so i look in to it and the drivers give this error "A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)" i searched on it i tried the fix by Microsoft that didn't work. So now iv'e got a busted driver when i need the drive!! Help!!!

in control panel, device manager (small icon view)
find the dvd, double click, right click --> remove
restart the pc.

Tried it, still doesn't work. I also forgot to mention that magicISO's cd/dvd driver isn't working either. I don't possible know what's going on.

The problem you mention then, is related to magicISO.
remove the program.
install newest version or install alternative like daemon tools lite.
