Recently, some anti-cheat changes were instituted in the Chaos Core
Community servers, including changing the port to access the european
servers to 7502. A 'fix' patch was put out, but when I install it as per the
instructions, CE will crash to the desktop as soon as I load it! When I
deeactive the mod, normal LOD functions perfectly fine, but when the mod is
active, the program just shuts down seconds after it loads.
I'm running XP and can't seem to find anything to account for this
behaviour, can anyone help me?
