Hi,

As you mostly know i'm a USW SC Ladder player i'm pretty sure i've mentioned
it a few times before, i was just wondering do the Ladders change? If i was
to make enough experience on a character that would match a current placing
on a ladder would it update it to include my character?

Yup... if you get enough levels and XP then you will show-up instantly on
ladder ranking page.
(Until ladder gets reset and your ladder character becomes non-ladder)
