Figured Id come to a place where folks know something. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ive already written up a detailed post elsewhere on my problem, so ill point you guys to it and see if you can help at all.

Got a response from ECS tech support, telling me to reformat HD, says registry is corrupted.

I think that falls under standard tech support solution 101, but I wanted to see what you all think. Would reinstalling windows fix registry if this were the case? Or will only a HD wipe solve reg corruption?

Also I reactivated my DAoC account today just to see if I would have this problem there and I dont.
