need a good card with tv out

Hi,
I have the gf2 gts 64mb (pro). I wish to get a new graphics card for less than £100 that has much better performance than my gf2 but one which will have tv out for playing divx direct to tv.

I would like to hear your suggestions on what would be suitable and if you have any idea what the 3dmark2001 score may be roughly compared to my score of 4400.

I have an old Radeon LE DDR (based on the original Radeon card) with TVO. TV-out quality is better than my TV! Since then, cards have gotten better, and ATI still maintains the lead in TV-Out quality.
