4ns memory @ ???mhz?

I have a GF4Ti4200 with 128mb of 4ns ram clocked at 444mhz.
Is it safe to permanently o/clock the memory at 500mhz or higher?
(As far as I know 4ns corresponds to 500mhz.Correct me if I'm wrong)

ARe you sure it's not 4.5ns? Just did the division, 4ns is 250MHz (DDR500), but 4.5ns is 222MHz (DDR444).
