Yep. I have at home an old PII400, integrated MGAG100+TNT2M64. Under Win2K and XP, no problem, I can actually do dual monitoring (it's no use whatsoever because the PC is so slow, but technically possible). I've also done it on my main PC : GF3 AGP + TNT2M64 PCI, and you can do dual monitoring under XP (and 2K I think). However, don't dream up ! You wont be able to do many things, as the built in Graphic card is (I guess 
a low end card.
Anyway, it's possible
