I was wondering, If I were to rent a copy of windows XP pro from my college library, would I have any problems loading on to a freshly built pc?

What they used to do is "rent" the MSFT software to you to burn freely. Used to cost $20. Then they added on a $60 fee for the key. So it cost $80, but you could burn the software and use it for non-commercial purposes.

but there would be no registation problems?

80 bucks looks alot better than ( i think) the $300 retail or Windows XP pro
