barb attack rating and life

my frenzy barb (lvl 75) has 100 base and 120 with items dex.
i was wondering how will I be able to hit things in hell with the 3400+
rating i have with my lvl 25 frenzy.

also i currently have 247 vit with items but my life is only 1300+
(charms included, probably could boost it to 1500+ if i give him all the
good charms from my other chars).
battle orders are at lvl 23 so thats 2399 life when activated. how much
do you boys/girls have?
on the amazon basin i read a IK guide and the dude said that he has some
4.3k life. IK set doesn't boost life so how did he do it?

My way of being able to hit things in hell is simple add 1 point into Battle
Cry. 1 point does -50% defence witch to me means you effectivly double your
attack ratting for the cost of 1 skill point
