1.5v AGP??? What are some good 64mb or 128mb cards

I am getting a new motherboard that uses 1.5v AGP voltage.
Not sure what this means. But what are some good cards to use that have this voltage? I will be running WIN98SE.
Looking for 64mb or 128mb cards under $180.00

Any 4x AGP card will be fine with 1.5v.. don't really have to worry about that.
As for a good card under $180..
The Geforce4ti 4200 64mb is sweet.
The 128mb ver, while a little slower, may be the best 128mb card for under $180.
IF..you can find a ti4400 for under $180, that'd be even better.
Not sure what the ATi 8500 costs. As I don't really follow ATi prices that much x-)
