Uber D2 and SOJ counter in SP.

Is there a way to force Uber D to spawn in SP? Perhaps there is some
utility that will simulate a soj counter?

I suppose I could hack bunches of SOJ's and sell 'em all to Charsi,
while crossing my fingers and mumbling to myself.

Anyone manage to get Uber D to show by doing this?
