I just noticed this . . .

while browsing through the Uniques at Arreat (to see what I have and what I
need to hunt for) I popped over to the RuneWord page (also to see what I
have and what I might want to make) and I noticed that for each RuneWord
they do not list the required level your character needs to be in order to
equip said RuneWord. Odd! Wouldn't you wanna know how long it would take
before you could be sporting "Leaf"?

Matching the highest rune with the base item can make for a very
nice levelling weapon.Im making a Passion Hyperion spear for my
Bearzon as she is relying purely on passives and at level 43 it
should help a lot.
